Okay, good. I just got the phone and tried to send an SMS message to someone and when I pressed “send,” she had to say this information is something “no encryption of messages can be sent .. ..”? Something about encryption? So I got my new phone with the key on the keyboard and switch it on, but is stuck on the blue side of Verizon Wireless. Will not pass the green side and windows on the menu. I have a lot of things like restart with the key on and disconnect the battery and tried to put it back .. . You install a MicroSD card? If so, make sure it is all the way installed or removed temporarily. Have you backed up data, or you can handle the loss? If yes, then try a hard reset. WARNING: This will erase your data, but may also return your phone. Do this by pressing the stylus on the reset button on the keyboard and, while keeping the middle button of the D-pad / Action. The phone will restart and the text appears at the bottom to “clean up …” If this solves your problem, and replace their contact data and then add applications one by one. If hard reset does not restore functionality, sorry, but there may be a hardware problem that can not be corrected, or are too expensive. I have an i760, since they were launched, and were able to solve all problems. I still use the phone every day.

Question by Joe1: Calls from someone claiming to be “Verizon Wireless Financial Services”?
I know this isn’t the real Financial Services because we pay our bills on time and I’m added onto the account, I’m not the main account… so they have absolutely NO reason to call me.
This number has called me day and night about 4-6 times a day. This started since last week.
Are the calls going to stop on their own or am I going to have to take this up with someone?
I reverse phonebooked the number for free.
It’s a landline phone in Irvine, California.

I would have the planholder call Verizon customer service. Tell them what’s going on. The may try to press charges if the number is fraudulent. ..

I had the same thing happen to me but they called my cell phone. They called me about once evey other day. Around the same time as well. They stopped after a week or so. I’m not sure why this happened.
