Martin Cooper (1928-) Inventor of cell phone

Martin Cooper (born 26th December 1928 in Chicago, Illinois, USA) was a vice president and division manager who led the Motorola team that developed the handheld mobile phone (as distinct from the car phone). Cooper is the CEO and founder of ArrayComm, a company that works on researching smart antenna technology and improving wireless networks, and was the corporate director of Research and Development for Motorola. The original Motorola DynaTAC handset, weighed 2.2 pounds and had 35 minutes of talk time. Cooper has said “The battery lifetime was 20 minutes, but that wasn’t really a big problem because you couldn’t hold that phone up for that long.” By 1983 and after four iterations, Cooper’s team had reduced the handsets weight by half. The list price was around $4,000 (2010: $10,000). Cooper left Motorola before they started selling handheld mobile phones to consumers.

I asked him what an Obama phone was and he went on to say that welfare recipients are now eligible to receive

I was a little skeptical so I Googled it and low and behold he was telling the truth. TAX PAYER MONEY IS BEING REDISTRIBUTED TO WELFARE RECIPIENTS FOR FREE CELL PHONES.

Aion Patch – Infinite Game Time (North America and Europe ONLY!)

Hey guys! So, obviously NCSoft isn’t known as the most secure company ever. I mean, just look at how many cheats and such their are for Lineage and City of Heroes! It’s silly. Anyway, some friends of mine have found an exploit in Aion’s installer that will register unlimited game time to your account. It’s very simple. First, download the mod’d patch here:

Now, in the field that says “Use b$2 encryption?”, BE SURE YOU CHECK ‘YES’! If you don’t, then the GMs of your server will instantly see that your gametime is not genuine. You might ask, “What the heck is b$2 encryption?” Well, encryption is, in short, a method of ‘encrypting’, or scrambling, genuine data, whether in a program, or a website. In this case, b$2 is a technique of encryption that is custom to Aion. It was developed by NCSoft, because they wanted to add a layer of security to the GMs. By default, GMs have this data encryption enabled. By using the modded patch provided, you can integrate the encryption into your client.

Anyway, enough jibber jabber. Enable the b$2 encryption. Then, check, “I agree to the disclaimer of this patch.” and click “Let’s play!” below it. The disclaimer basically states that we cannot be responsible if the encryption fails and you are convicted for cheating .The chances of this are VERY slim, but still, we have to say it anyawy. To view the FULL disclaimer, simply click the hyperlink in the program. After clicking, “Let’s play!”, a popup message should say, “Patch successful!”. If it does not, then try again. If you continue to have this problem, please comment this video and I will assist you.

Algebra Applications: Systems of Equations

In this episode of Algebra Applications, students explore various scenarios that can be explained through the use of systems of equations. Such disparate phenomena as profit and loss, secret codes, and ballistic missile shields can be explored through systems of equations.

Business. Profit and loss are the key measures in a business. A system of equations that includes an equation for income and one for expenses can be used to determine profit and loss. Students solve a system graphically.
Forensics. Secret codes and encryption are ideal examples of a system of equations. In this activity, students encrypt and decrypt a message.
Ballistics. A ballistic missile shield allows you to shoot incoming missiles out of the sky. Mathemati-cally, this is an example of a linear-quadratic system. Students graph such a system and find the points of intersection between a line and a parabola.

2012 is when the Internet will end – Part 1

In 2012, the internet as we know it today will be completely different.

Big players in the ISP industry have supposedly signed contracts to implement ‘internet 2′ in 2012 – meaning free wireless internet broadband access for all, but only access to a few thousand sites (some of which you must pay for before gaining access to).

This inevitably means a reduction in our freedom of expression, since the internet was originally designed to be a ‘free space’.

What has to be done is wide-spread boycotting and protests against ‘internet 2′ and the censoring which is already rife amongst websites such as google and youtube.
