Charlie Chaplin Cell Phone Time Traveler by George Clarke….Real Or Fake?

The subject of time traveling generally only comes up when you’re watching a movie, or reading a science fiction novel.

A European film maker by the name of George Clarke, claims to have found evidence of a real life time traveler in a 1928 film featuring Charlie Chaplin.

Read what George has to say about the discovery below, then check out the clip.

“This short film is about a piece of footage I (George Clarke) found behind the scenes in Charlie Chaplins film ‘The Circus’. Attending the premiere at Manns Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, CA – the scene shows a large woman dressed in black with a hat hiding most of her face, with what can only be described as a mobile phone device – talking as she walks alone.

I have studied this film for over a year now – showing it to over 100 people and at a film festival, yet no-one can give any explanation as to what she is doing.

My only theory – as well as many others – is simple… a time traveler on a mobile phone. See for yourself and feel free to leave a comment on your own explanation or thoughts about it.”

How To: Connect To The Internet Using Wi-Fi, W/O A Router

Free TV:

http://www.TVSecretManual.com/youtube.html

If you’re having any trouble with this, and I nor anyone else could help you, and you want your internet to go back how it was before, just go the Manage network connections, highlight both networks, and click Unbridge Connections

THIS IS FOR VISTA USERS!!!

WARNING!!!
Do NOT have the Network Sharing on, or it will not work, if you cannot Bridge the connections, then this may be your problem, just simply open The Nework and Sharing Center by going to Start, and search “Network and Sharing Center” and click ‘View Status’ of your connection and then click Properties at the bottom, then click the ‘Sharing’ Tab then uncheck the box that says ‘Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection’ then click ‘OK’ until you’re back to ‘Network and Sharing Center’ then just follow the steps I do or read the steps I have written out at the bottom.

I’m sorry, I just figured this out… In the video I say to the LEFT of this video, I meant RIGHT…

FOR MAC USERS, CLICK HERE:

FOR XP USERS CLICK HERE:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPR–MNoFbE&feature=related&fmt=18

Or

Just somehow bridge your connections (Like I show in here), by going to ‘Network Connections’ and highlight Wireless and LAN connections and right-click, then click Bridge connections, and it should work.

You will need:
1 – 1 Computer (Preferably something with a built-in Wi-Fi antenna, or something Wi-Fi that can send out signals; XP or Vista)
2 – A Wi-Fi enabled device
3 – 10 minutes of your time (3 minutes if you know what you’re doing already, but if you did, don’t you think you wouldn’t be watching this)

The complete opposite of this video (plugging an ethernet to a device (PC or Xbox) using Wi-Fi for the internet), then click here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=scqD2AeSIpw&fmt=18

Instructions:

Step 1 – Go to the bottom (where it shows two computers; Network Settings) and right click it

Step 2 – Click ‘Network and Sharing Center’

Step 3 – Click ‘Set up a connection or network’

Step 4 – Click ‘Set up a wireless ad hoc (computer-to-computer) network’

Step 5 – Click ‘Next’, then ‘Next’

Step 6 – For ‘Network Name’ type in a network name, then, for ‘Security Type’ Choose a security type, or an open connection (No password required) then, for ‘Security Key/Passphrase’, type in a password or passphrase

Step 7 – Wait for it to Set up your network connection

Step 8 – Click ‘Turn on Internet connection sharing’ (It might not work), or click close (If you want to set it up manually; you most likely will have to do this option)

Step 9 – Go back to ‘Network and Sharing Center’

Step 10 – Go to your Wi-Fi enabled device and connect to your network (You should see the name of your network on your device)

Step 11 – Go back to ‘Network and Sharing Center’ and click ‘Manage network connections’

Step 12 – Highlight both your LAN and Wireless Network Connection, then right click the highlighted connections, then click ‘Add to Bridge’

Step 13 – Wait for it to bridge your connections (YOU WILL GET DISCONNECTED TEMPORARILY, SO DO NOT DO THIS, WHILE UPLOADING A VIDEO OR STREAMING ANYTHING)

Step 14 – You will have to wait at least a minute until you are fully connected on your laptop/desktop and Wi-Fi enabled device

YOU’RE DONE, CONGRATULATIONS, YOU NOW HAVE THE ABILITY TO USE WI-FI WITHOUT BUYING A WI-FI ROUTER FOR AN EXTRA $40+!!!

How to Fix a Wet Cell Phone

Expand the description and view the text of the steps for this how-to video.

It should come as no surprise that water and electronics don’t mix. But don’t panic—your cell phone can be saved.

To complete this How-To you will need:

A plastic container with a lid
A blow-dryer
A towel
And two silica gel packs

Step 1: Remove battery

Remove your phone’s battery. Many circuits inside the phone will survive if they are not attached to a power source when wet.

Step 2: Remove sim card

Consult the manual to remove your phone’s Sim card, which stores the phone’s data and allows it to connect to your service provider. Sim cards can survive water damage.

Step 3: Dab w/ towel

Dab the phone, battery, and Sim card with a towel, then set the last two items aside.

Step 4: Dry with blow-dryer

With your blow-dryer set on low (or the cool air blast), dry your phone, getting as much water out of the unit as possible.

Step 5: Seal with silica gel packs

Place your phone, battery, and Sim card in the plastic container with the silica gel packs. These absorb moisture and can be found in packaging, craft stores, or online. Allow the container to sit sealed for three days.

Tip: If you don’t have access to silica gel, place your phone in front of the air conditioner—the cool air can help dry out moisture.

Step 6: Test battery

If your phone does not work after three days, plug it into its charger without the battery. If this works, you will need a new battery.

Step 7: Call everyone

Call up everyone to explain why you haven’t returned calls in three days.

New Bluetooth Phone Goes Back To Basics

Simplified cell phones can be a joy to use after all. [ http://www.chinavasion.com/t493 ].

The problem with many of the wholesale GSM phones on the market today with a touchscreen interface is that theyre either expensive to buy or have a very twitchy interface. The makers of the Touchscreen Cell Phone have come to the party by coming up with a sub US$100 model that doesnt only work like it should do but do so while throwing in some useful features as well.

This wholesale cell phone isnt exactly packed with functions but the functions it does have it does well. The 3 inch QVGA screen performs well and has a sharp picture, theres two loud speakers built into the unit, as well as slots for two SIM cards. The wholesale mobile phone has got fairly good bluetooth and WAP connectivity to make it an incredibly potent multimedia mobile. If there were a phone to watch movies on the phone then this would be it.

Check out the specs at [ http://www.chinavasion.com/t493 ] or see what other China cellphone wholesale models Chinavasion has available at [http://www.chinavasion.com/index.php/cName/mobile-phones/ ].

Is Your Cell Phone Bugged?

This short video explores ways to determine if your cell phone has been compromised to act as a bug. While it’s obviously unlikely that this would happen to most people, it was recently revealed that the FBI has used this technique, and just as illicit wiretaps are possible, illicit cell phone bugging could also occur.

This video is based on Lauren Weinstein’s December 2006 blog entry: “How To Tell If Your Cell Phone Is Bugged” located at:
