For example,
original text: SECURE
we can encrypt it by using +1 on each letter.
encrypted text = TFDVSF
In order to get the original message back we can use same key again to decrypt …..we don’t need private key to decrypt message….is not it ?
so why do we need private key to decrypt message ?
I have read that asymmetric encryption needs private key to decrypt. I don’t understand why do we need private key to decrypt message ? see my example , I don’t need a private key
Private/Public key encryption is a lot more complicated than adding one to each letter. But in your example, +1 could be considered your private key.
If you didn’t have a private key, anyone could decrypt the message. The whole idea is that the message can get sent to you via public channels but only you can decrypt it.

A service needed by ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) is not running.
Solution:
Click Start, Run, type services.msc, and click OK. To enable a service, find it in the right pane and double-click its entry. Be sure its Startup Type is set to Automatic and click OK. All the following services must be configured in order to use ICS:
Application Layer Gateway Service
Network Connections
Network Location Awareness (NLA)
Plug And Play
Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
Remote Access Connection Manager
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Telephony
After verifying and/or configuring Automatic startup for each of these services, close the Services window and restart the computer before attempting again to enable ICS.
